Sevilla boss Garcia Pimienta has said Kelechi Iheanacho will decide his next club before the transfer window closes.
Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho is likely to depart Sevilla before the end of the January transfer window.
The 28-year-old has been linked with an exit throughout January, with several clubs reportedly interested in acquiring his services.
Sevilla boss Garcia Pimienta has confirmed that Iheanacho has multiple offers from clubs in England, Greece, France, and Turkey.
Sevilla head coach Garcia Pimienta has explained Kelechi Iheanacho’s ongoing situation at the club.
The Spanish side are willing to sanction a loan or permanent transfer, following Iheanacho’s underwhelming six-month spell at the club.
Iheanacho joined Sevilla on a free transfer last summer but has failed to impress, failing to score in 9 La Liga appearances.
Pimienta has given Iheanacho the freedom to choose his next club, stating:
“He has many offers and is deciding which is the best option. He has absolute freedom to decide. He has to decide which is his best option.”
Iheanacho has been linked to Championship sides Leeds and West Brom, but reports suggest he prefers to continue playing at a higher level.
