Job Title: Personal Development Officer

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring all organizational objectives related to personal development, including mentorship programs, training, and career pathway advisory, are met effectively.
• Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate personal development programs and ensure timely delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, NYSC representatives, and course participants to promote personal development initiatives.
• Driving full enrollment for Business Analysis and Project Management courses through targeted outreach and engagement strategies.
• Managing candidates and students during course programs, providing a seamless experience and addressing any concerns.
• Assisting with recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, onboarding, documentation, and personnel management.
• Representing the organization at NYSC orientation camps in Abuja and Kaduna, participating in personal development and career pathway programs.
• Conducting discovery calls with potential clients and candidates to align their needs with the organization’s offerings.
• Providing career guidance and mentorship in line with business objectives and personal development goals.
• Tracking and reporting on the success of personal development programs, offering recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years experience.
