1.) Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage client experience, ensuring satisfaction through timely delivery of service to maximize client retention.
- Ensure quality service and constantly monitor levels of service quality, and devise strategies to improve any shortfalls.
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clinical teams, suppliers, strategic partners, and external advisors.
- Compile accurate weekly management reports as required.
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the administration functions and maintain a healthy administrative system of the Hospital.
- Work with the GM and other members of the administrative team in the generation and management of a sustainable pipeline of work that reflects the current and anticipated administrative strategy and business plans
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assess overall administrative performance against set objectives.
- Ensuring that all the facilities of the hospital are properly maintained in line with health and safety policies
- Responsible for ensuring the hospital wards are properly arranged and conducive.
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Ensure safety in the Hospital by making sure that security is alert to their job.
- Management of waste disposal.
- Provide standard clerical duties as assigned, including mailing, and communicating with clients and partners.
- Nurture a positive working environment and develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout administrative management.
- Perform any other duties from higher authority.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND Degree in management courses
- Age limit, (Under 35 years)
- Minimum of 2 years work experience as an Administrative Managerin Health care
- Resident in Lagos (Around Magodo phase 2)
- Good communication skills
- Computer skills
- Must be willing to do night shift.

2.) Fertility, Midwifery & General Nurse
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
- Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
- Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
- Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
- Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
- Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Administering non-intravenous medications.
- Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
- Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree OR Diploma of Nursing from an accredited nursing college, University with good grade
- Hold and maintain a current nursing license to practice in Nigeria.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience as a registered Nurse
- Resident in Lagos (Around Magodo phase 2, Ketu, berger, and others areas close to Magodo GRA)
- Good health and fitness

3.) Radiographer / Sonographer
Location: Magodo Phase 2, Lagos

Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and licensed Radiographer/Sonographer to join our hospital’s imaging team.
- As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring accurate results that inform patient diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain radiography and sonography equipment, adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays,ultrasounds, and other modalities.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to interpret and prepare imaging results.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity during imaging procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of imaging procedures and results.
- Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and radiography/sonography standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize imaging services.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Qualifications
- BSc / HND
- Valid licensure as a radiographer / sonographer.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of radiography and sonography principles, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital imaging software and technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced certification in radiography or sonography (e.g., RDMS, RDCS, RT(R)).
- Experience with picture archiving and communication systems (PACS).
- Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies.
- Location Requirement: Applicants must reside within or close to Magodo GRA Phase 2, Lagos, to ensure easy accessibility to our facility.
