Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager/Assistant – Electrical with a strong background in electrical installations, preventive & corrective maintenance of factory equipment.
- The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repairs of electrical systems to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Slaughterhouse experience is preferable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for factory electrical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in factory and slaughterhouse machinery.
- Ensure timely repairs and servicing of all electrical installations to minimize downtime.
- Manage and supervise a team of electrical technicians and engineers.
- Maintain detailed service records and reports on all maintenance activities.

- Liaise with suppliers and vendors for procurement of electrical components and materials.

Requirements
- Education: B.Eng in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Membership: Membership of NSE (Nigerian Society of Engineers) and COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria) is a must.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in maintenance within an FMCG/Slaughterhouse/Factory Equipment environment, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical installations in factory settings.
- Leadership & Management Skills: Ability to lead and develop a team of technicians and ensure high performance.
- Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
